DESIGN
Once you sign the contract, our design manager provides 3-D computer renderings to help you visualize your new space. These renderings give you multiple views and variable layouts before decisions are made and construction begins.

MATERIAL SELECTION
Our design manager also accompanies you to every material selection meeting, to ensure your choices of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, lighting, etc. work together beautifully and provide you with the lovely, individualized finished look you envision.

EXECUTION
Once your approved materials have been ordered and received at our local warehouse, construction begins. Your renovation is in the highly capable hands of in-house professionals including the construction manager, framers, plumbers, tile installers and painters – all dedicated to our projects and our schedules. We’ve also assembled a pool of loyal trades, whose quality work we know and expect.
Step 6.
FINISHINGS
Our design team goes beyond the actual renovation to help you find the right furnishings, window treatments, rugs, wall coverings, artwork and accessories that truly complete your project. We work with an impressive pool of suppliers – including trade-only showrooms – to save you time and money when searching for those finishing touches. Plus, we offer services including furniture placement, artwork installation and accessory styling for an even greater renovation result.
Step 7.
POST-PROJECT SUPPORT
Our post-project support is immediate and intended to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction. This way, you’re living in and enjoying your new space – completely finished – as soon as possible.
